Trigger is going to college!!!
And to all of you who remember the angst she put me through over the completion of her applications, I am forced to admit that perhaps she did - indeed - Have it under control, Mom!!! for she has gained acceptance into each one to which she applied.
And so, my friends, it seems that neither avoidance, nor procrastination, nor SAT scores, nor little white envelopes will come between me and Trigger's scheduled departure from the nest next fall!
Do I detect a lump in my throat???
